Task Automation
A scenario consisting of a set of individual tasks like a priority check list. Each task is actioned at an appropriate stage in an incident’s timeline for example, alert the emergency team, make a safety announcement, open an access barrier, wait 5 minutes, repeat safety announcement, alert supervisor and so on.
Smart Event Triggers
The ability to trigger custom scenarios using embedded control tags within safety or process data is a powerful and unique feature. Allowing you to plan your response in detail and know that whenever the specific event is triggered, a set of tasks will be automatically carried out in a planned manner.
Button Operated Scenarios
At any time, an operator can trigger a scenario using one of AlertNets 16 front panel buttons. From a simple “call-in” request SMS text, or a public safety announcement to a escalating set of tasks prepared for a threat alert. Button scenarios can include the control remote equipment, access barriers, lighting and so on.
Multi-Modal Notification
AlertNet has many methods of delivering critical information globally and fast. From text alerts to cell-phone pagers, digital two-way radio, email, information displays and TV’s. Also, clear and concise custom announcements over public address systems, two-way and broadcast radio channels. AlertNet controls sirens, beacons, traffic control signage, safety displays and much more.
Analysis and Performance
AlertNet manages a set of archives recording alarm and event response data. This powerful set of records will provide analysis on the type of event, its frequency and the response characteristics allowing the fine tuning of your team’s response to reduce costly down time. It also provides detailed test logs for planned safety system maintenance.
Remote Management
Because of its powerful and sophisticated response automation, it makes sense to include this capability. The first years remote management is included allowing Sigteq to fine-tune AlertNet scenarios. We would like to continue post warranty, becoming a virtual member of your emergency team, understanding your facilities operations and offering continuous improvement and support and including AlertNets peripheral equipment like radios, pagers, information displays.
